FireScan 개인정보처리방침

nlap(이하 "운영자")은 FireScan 서비스 이용과 관련하여 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 다루고 보호하는지 안내해 드립니다.

1. 다루는 정보와 이용 목적

기기 안 문서 스캔 및 정리: 촬영한 문서 이미지, 곡면·원근 보정 결과, 글자 인식(OCR) 결과, 명함 연락처, 서명 및 보안 금고 자료는 이용자의 기기 안에서 처리해 보여 드리며 운영자 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
PC로 바로 보내기(선택 기능): 이용자가 직접 PC 전송을 실행할 때에 한해, 기기 안에서 암호화된 문서 정보를 PC 브라우저로 이어 드리기 위해 임시 전송 서버를 거쳐 전달합니다. 복호화 열쇠는 QR 코드 프래그먼트에만 담겨 서버로 전달되지 않습니다.
배너 광고 제공: 무료 기능 유지를 위해 하단 배너 광고(Google AdMob)를 보여 드리며, 지역별 동의 설정에 따라 광고 식별자, 대략적인 위치 정보, 광고 상호작용 및 기기 진단 정보가 광고 제공과 부정 이용 방지에 활용됩니다.
이용 문의 응대: 이용자가 이메일로 문의를 보낼 때 회신을 드리기 위해 문의 메일 주소와 내용을 확인합니다.

기기 안 자료: 이용자가 앱 안에서 문서를 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기 안에만 남습니다.
보내진 암호화 문서 정보(PC로 바로 보내기): 수신 브라우저에서 1회 내려받는 즉시 서버에서 지워지며, 내려받지 않더라도 생성 시점부터 10분이 지나면 만료되어 접근이 차단되고 정리됩니다.
문의 메일 기록: 문의 처리 완료 후 1년간 보관하며, 관계 법령에 따른 분쟁 대응이 필요한 경우 3년간 보관 후 파기합니다.

운영자는 이용자의 스캔 문서를 외부에 판매하거나 임의로 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 외부 인프라 및 광고 파트너를 이용합니다.

Cloudflare, Inc. (미국 등 글로벌 에지 서버): 앱 업데이트 안내 확인 및 선택적 PC 전송 기능의 암호화된 문서 정보 일시 중계(1회 수신 또는 10분 만료 후 파기).
Google AdMob 광고 서비스:
- 게시자 계약 법인: Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (싱가포르)
- 광고 데이터 처리 주체(컨트롤러): Google LLC (미국, EEA·스위스 이용자는 Google Ireland Limited)
- 처리 항목: 광고 식별자, 대략적 위치, 광고 노출·상호작용 및 진단 정보 (Google 개인정보처리방침에 따름).

nlap ("Operator") explains how information is handled when you use FireScan.

On-Device Scanning and Organization: Captured pages, book dewarping results, text recognition (OCR), business card contacts, annotations, and encrypted vault items are processed on your device to display and organize your documents, and are not sent to Operator servers.
Send to PC (Optional Feature): Only when you initiate a Send to PC session, encrypted document data prepared on your device is relayed to your PC browser. The decryption key stays in the QR URL fragment and is not sent to the server.
Banner Advertising: To support the app, banner ads (Google AdMob) are displayed. Subject to regional consent settings, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic data are processed to deliver ads and prevent fraud.
Support Inquiries: When you contact us by email, your email address and message content are used to reply to your inquiry.

On-Device Files: Kept on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app.
Encrypted Relay Data (Send to PC): Deleted from relay storage immediately upon a single download, or blocked and purged upon expiring 10 minutes after creation.
Support Emails: Retained for 1 year after resolution (or 3 years if required for statutory dispute resolution).

Cloudflare, Inc.: Hosts app update configuration and temporarily relays encrypted document data for Send to PC sessions.
Google AdMob:
- Publisher Contracting Entity: Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)
- Advertising Data Controller: Google LLC (USA; Google Ireland Limited for EEA/Switzerland users)
- Data Handled: Advertising ID, approximate location, ad interaction and diagnostic data under Google's Privacy Policy.
